on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on the right to information on the

environment

The Ministry of the environment, determined in accordance with section 15a (f). a), b), (d))

to f) of Act No. 123/1998 Coll. on the right to information on the

the environment, as amended by Act No. 380/2009 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



The subject of the Decree



This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and

modifies the

b) conditions of use of spatial data and services based on the spatial

c) continuously updated range of big data,



d) time limits within which the entity or another must mandatory provider

§ 2



The spatial data themes

§ 3

THE SPATIAL DATA THEMES

18. Habitats and biotopes



Geographical areas characterised by specific ecological conditions,

processes, structures and functions important for life offering a physical

I. Concepts

metadata and spatial data or service shall be allocated based on
