on the implementation of certain provisions of the Act on the right to information on the
environment

The Ministry of the environment, determined in accordance with section 15a (f). a), b), (d))
to f) of Act No. 123/1998 Coll. on the right to information on the
the environment, as amended by Act No. 380/2009 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
§ 1
The subject of the Decree
This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and
modifies the

b) conditions of use of spatial data and services based on the spatial
data,
c) continuously updated range of big data,
d) time limits within which the entity or another must mandatory provider
spatial data to create the metadata to it represent a spatial data and

§ 2
The spatial data themes
[To section 15a) (a) of the Act]

§ 4

§ 7
Transitional provisions
The statutory body or other spatial data provider makes a

THE SPATIAL DATA THEMES

sub-regions with common characteristics.
17. Bioregiony
Areas of relatively homogeneous ecological conditions with common
characteristics.
18. Habitats and biotopes
Geographical areas characterised by specific ecological conditions,
processes, structures and functions important for life offering a physical
support the organisms that live in them. Includes terrestrial and aquatic
areas distinguished by geographical, abiotic and biotic features,
natural and semi-natural.
19. Species distribution
Geographical distribution of occurrence of animal and plant species aggregated
by grid, region, administrative unit or other analytical
unit.
20. Energy resources
Energy resources including hydrocarbons, hydropower, bio-energy,
solar and wind power and other sources of energy, including, where
depth/height information relating to the extent of the resource.
21. Mineral resources
Mineral resources including metal ores, industrial raw materials and other
production of minerals, including depth/height information

Annex 2
The method of record keeping for public use and disclosure

I. Concepts

(2) the statutory body or other provider for all spatial data

metadata and spatial data or service shall be allocated based on
