§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree lays down the technical-economic parameters for the determination of

feed-in tariffs each type of renewable resources for the production of

electricity and the lifetime of the production of renewable electricity

§ 2



Basic concepts



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

mechanical energy.



§ 3



Production of electricity from renewable energy sources shall consist of one

or more of the production sources of electricity.



§ 4



The precondition to ensure the 15-year period free of return on

investment in the promotion of electricity produced from renewable energy sources

farm gate prices comply with the values of technical-economic parameters for

the different types of renewable resources in accordance with the annexes to this Decree.



§ 5



Lifetime production of renewable electricity is fixed in

the annex to this Decree.



§ 6



Transitional provisions



(1) For plants referred to in service until 31 December 2006. December 2012, including

applies indicative values according to technical and economic parameters

Annex No. 3 to Decree No. 475/2005 Coll., implementing some

provisions of the Act on the promotion of the use of renewable resources, as amended by

amended.



(2) For the plant put into service from 1 January 2003. January 2013, including

the Energy Regulatory Office shall proceed, in the determination of feed-in tariffs in accordance with

technical-economic parameters laid down in this Decree.



§ 7



Regulation (EEC)



Shall be repealed:



1. Decree No. 475/2005 Coll., which implements certain provisions of

the law on the promotion of the use of renewable resources.



2. Decree No. 364/2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 475/2005 Coll.

by implementing some provisions of the Act on the promotion of the use of

renewable energy sources.



3. Decree No. 409/2009 Coll., amending Decree No. 475/2005 Coll.

by implementing some provisions of the Act on the promotion of the use of

renewable resources, as amended by Decree No. 364/2007 Coll.



4. Decree No. 300/2010 Coll., amending Decree No. 475/2005 Coll.

by implementing some provisions of the Act on the promotion of the use of

renewable resources, as amended by Decree No. 364/2007 Coll. and Decree No.

409/2009 Sb.



5. Decree 338/2011 Coll., amending Decree No. 475/2005 Coll.

by implementing some provisions of the Act on the promotion of the use of

renewable resources, as amended by Decree No. 364/2007 Coll., Decree No.

409/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 300/2010 Coll.



§ 8



The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall enter into force on 5 February 2000. November 2012, except

the provisions of § 7, which shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2013.
