The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 108 paragraph. 1 of law No.

258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amendment to certain

related laws, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 19 para. 4, § 59

paragraph. 2, § 60 para. 1 and 3 of the Act:



§ 1



Introductory provisions



This Decree regulates the

§ 2

§ 3



(1) in the application for the test of professional competence shall indicate

§ 5



(1) the examination Board is three members. It consists of a Chairman and two other

members appointed by the competent authority to protect public health, which

the Commission has set up (article 60, paragraph 1, of the Act). The Chairman of the examination Board may be

appointed only university educated person primarily active in the field of occupational hygiene

or special protective disinfection, disinsection, and disinfestation, or its

vocational directing at least 5 years. The members of the examination Board may be

only university graduates have been appointed or high-educated persons active at

section of occupational hygiene or special protective disinfection, disinsection, and

rodent control or its vocational directing at least 5 years. The membership of the
