§ 1



Remuneration for provided food and accommodation



(1) payment for meals provided in the asylum facility is 112.0 CZK

person per calendar day.



(2) payment for accommodation provided in the asylum facility is 130.0 CZK

person per calendar day.



§ 2



The amount of pocket money



The applicant for the grant of international protection is to be granted an allowance in the amount of 30.0-

§ 3



The terms of payment of pocket money



Pocket money is the applicant for the grant of international protection paid in term

§ 4



This Decree shall take effect on the date of entry into force of law no 350/2005

Coll., amending Act No. 325/1999 Coll., on asylum and on the amendment of Act No.

283/1991 Coll., on the police of the Czech Republic, as amended,

(asylum Act), as amended, and some other laws.
