GOVERNMENT REGULATION



from day 1. October 2014



on the determination of reserves for the implementation of the national land development

programmes of the State



The Government directs pursuant to § 3 (2). 3 of Act No. 503/2009 Coll., on the State

the Office of plots and amending certain related laws:



§ 1



A reserve of State land consists of of land owned by the United States,

with whom is competent to manage the State Land Office, referred to in

the annex to this regulation.



§ 2



Government Decree No. 237/2007 Coll., on the establishment of a reserve of State land

for the implementation of the development programs of the State, is hereby repealed.



§ 3



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. November 2014.
