on determining the extent and structure of data for the elaboration of a draft law on the

the State budget and the draft of the State budget and the medium term

the time limits for their submission



The Ministry of Finance shall determine in accordance with section 4, paragraph 4. 4 and § 8 paragraph. 2 of law No.

218/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules and amending certain

related acts (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 320/2002

Coll., Act No. 479/2003 Coll., Act No. 482/2004 Coll. and Act No. 26/2008

Coll.:



§ 1



This Decree regulates the scope and structure of data for the preparation of a proposal

the law on the State budget and for the elaboration of a medium-term perspective

the State budget and the deadlines for their submission.



§ 2



(1) the administrator of the chapter handles and presents the draft budget and

medium-term Outlook for the financial system, "^ 1") to the extent and according to the structure

(4) the County shall submit to the Ministry of information for the Assembly of the draft law on the

§ 3

§ 4



If the chapter Administrator pursuant to section 10, paragraph 1. 3 budgetary rules

in the preparation of the draft law on the State budget and the medium-term perspective

§ 5
