the Ministry of environment of the Czech Republic

about protected bearing territories



The Ministry of environment of the Czech Republic lays down pursuant to § 17

paragraph. 8 of the law No. 44/1988 Coll., on the protection and utilization of mineral resources

(Act), as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 541/1991 Coll.:



Proposal for the establishment of the protected area



§ 1



(1) the proposal for the establishment of a protected area shall submit a legal

or a natural person who has applied for the issue of certificates of exclusive

bearing ^ 1) (hereinafter referred to as "bearing") or legal person that has been

responsible for the protection and registration of bearings ^ 2) (hereinafter referred to as

"the complainant").



(2) the proposal includes



and trade name) ^ 3) of the claimant, the registered office for legal persons, the

residence of natural persons, where appropriate, place of business, if different from the

residence,



b) basic data on the bearing, the bearing designation according to

evidence of the species bearing mineral, range, shape and depth of the store

bearings,



(c) the name of the protected area), the indication and the coordinates of the

its geometric shape, its surface the content and justification of the proposed

the boundaries of the protected area,



(d)) the name and identification number of the cadastral territory ^ 4) and the name and code

^ 5) District which is a protected deposit territory; If the protected

deposit territory lies in several of the cadastral areas, the names

and ID numbers of all these areas, where appropriate, the names of

and the codes of other districts, into which a protected deposit territory extends,



e) data on the other protected areas and protection zones in the proposed

protected deposit territory,

§ 2



(1) the proposal for the establishment of the protected area, including attachments

the applicant shall submit in duplicate to the Ministry of the environment

§ 3



Decision on the establishment of the protected area



(1) the decision on the establishment of a protected area shall be

§ 4



Change and cancellation of the protected area

§ 6



The protected area for special interventions in the Earth's crust



On the establishment, amendment, cancellation and registration of the protected area for special

interventions in the Earth's crust ^ 8) shall apply mutatis mutandis the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 5.



§ 7



Regulation (EEC)



The first part is hereby repealed (section 1-8) to Decree the Czech Mining Authority no.

78/1988 Coll., on protected bearing territories and mining leases.

The effectiveness of the
