on the management of polychlorinated biphenyls, polychlorinated terphenyls,
monometyltetrachlordifenylmetanem, monometyldichlordifenylmetanem,
monometyldibromdifenylmetanem and any mixtures containing
any of these substances in concentrations greater than 50 mg/kg (about
management of PCBs)
Ministry of the environment, in agreement with the Ministry of health
determined in accordance with section 27 para. 8 and § 39 para. 11 of law No. 185/2001 Coll.
waste and amending certain other acts, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
§ 1
Technical requirements for the management of PCBs,
polychlorinated terphenyls, monometyltetrachlordifenylmetanem,
monometyldichlordifenylmetanem, monometyldibromdifenylmetanem, and
all mixtures containing any of these substances in a concentration
greater than 50 mg/kg (hereinafter referred to as "PCB") and the technical requirements for equipment
containing these substances, including measures to protect human health and the
of the environment
(1) the technical requirements for the management of PCBS in terms of the protection of the

§ 2

(4) for the determination of the concentration of PCBS in equipment or substances referred to in
paragraph 1 shall apply only to the results of the analytical determination of concentration
PCB made to those specified in annex No. 1 under points 1 and 2 in the

45001 or ČSN EN 17025 or ČSN EN ISO 9001.

§ 3

§ 4

Registration of equipment and substances containing PCBS and their reporting
