DECREE



The Czech Mining Authority



of 22 March. January 2002



about reserved electrical equipment



The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to section 8a of the paragraph. 8 (a). a) and (c)) of law No.

61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration,

as amended by Act No. 124/2000 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) this Ordinance lays down that the technical equipment in the mining

activities and activities carried out using mining techniques and when working with these

related activities shall be regarded as reserved electrical equipment.

§ 2



Dedicated electrical devices

§ 3



The requirements for the competence of the Organization and the way it

examination for the issue of permissions



(1) a competent inspector for Assembly, repair works, revisions and tests of reserved

§ 4



Transitional provisions



(1) Permission to the activities referred to in section 3, paragraph 3. 1 issued in accordance with

the existing legislation ^ 18) 1. 1 January 1993 shall remain in

valid until 31 December 2006. in May 2003.



(2) Permission to the activities referred to in section 3, paragraph 3. 1 issued in accordance with

the existing legislation after 31 December 2006. December 1992 remain in the

(3) If for some activities on dedicated electrical devices

§ 5

testing of electrical equipment
