about reserved electrical equipment
The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to section 8a of the paragraph. 8 (a). a) and (c)) of law No.
61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration,
as amended by Act No. 124/2000 Coll.:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) this Ordinance lays down that the technical equipment in the mining

§ 2

§ 3

§ 4
Transitional provisions

valid until 31 December 2006. in May 2003.
(2) Permission to the activities referred to in section 3, paragraph 3. 1 issued in accordance with
the existing legislation after 31 December 2006. December 1992 remain in the

§ 5
