[section 46 (1) (a)) of the Act]
§ 1
The method and scope of the evaluation of the natural healing sources and resources
natural mineral waters (hereinafter referred to as the "source") is based on determining the type and
the type of mineral water, peloidu or gas in the source, and on the basis of
assessment of the source in terms of its physical properties, chemical
the composition and the performance of microbiological requirements. The purpose of the evaluation resources
is the detection and verification of the quality and the stability of the resources for the needs of its
certificate (section 5 of the Act), the issue of permits for the use of resources (section 12 of the
the Act) and the use of resources (section 16 of the Act).
§ 2
(1) the scope of the evaluation resources in terms of its physical characteristics and
the chemical composition is given in annex 1. Assessment resources
carried out through a comprehensive analysis and control of the analysis.
(2) comprehensive analysis is performed by the laboratory of natural healing
resources, for the purposes of the issue of the source [of section 6, paragraph 2, point (a).
(c)) of the Act] and the use of resources. A comprehensive analysis for the purposes of the use of
resources shall be carried out every 5 years, unless the permission to use
resources [section 12, paragraph 4 (a), h) of the Act] unless otherwise specified. The content of the comprehensive
analysis of the sources is given in annex 2.
(3) the control analysis for the purposes of verification of the quality and the stability of the resources
reference laboratory can perform natural medicinal sources or other
accredited laboratory or the user of the resource. Control analysis with
be carried out in the frequency specified in the authorization for the use of resources [section 12 of
paragraph. 4 (b). h) of the Act] and always after the technical or other interference with the
collecting the resources you intend to use, to the extent referred to in
Annex No. 2, if it is not in the permission to use the resource, depending on the
the nature of the source, the type of intervention in its collection, on the basis of the verified
changes in natural factors, where appropriate, in the interests of verification or exclusion of
other measures provide otherwise.
(4) the evaluation proceeds from natural resources for the purpose of verifying the
quality before it is used for therapeutic purposes (balneaci)
an employee designated by the user resources,
and natural resources) in the mineral water in the range specified in the
permission to use the resources
(b)) in a natural healing source peloidu by monitoring the consistency and
homogeneity of temperature field peloidu ready for application, and monthly
peloidu consumption in m3.
The results of the evaluation proceeds to verify quality before it is
use for therapeutic purposes (balneaci) leads the employee responsible for the
by the user of the source documentation.
(5) conditions for the collection of samples for comprehensive analysis and control analysis
do not differ significantly from those of the previous complex analysis subscription
or control analysis, where applicable, must comply with the newly approved
the conditions of the use of resources.
§ 3
(1) Mineral water and gas at its spring and peloid obtained from the bearing must be
wholesome. Should not show signs of fecal microbial or
another kind of pollution from the external environment and must not contain
micro-organisms that could pose health risks to humans.
(2) the microbiological requirements for sources of mineral waters and peloids use of
the perspective of microbiological parameters are given in annex 3.
The microbiological requirements for the source natural gas destined to
external balneaci are not, requirements for gas from a natural healing
the resources intended for gas injection must meet the requirements of the
the microbiological purity of drugs set out specific legal

d) brief description of the source and sampling conditions, temperature of the gas in the
its spring, temperature, and atmospheric air pressure and coverage resources
(e)) the carbon dioxide content, sulfánu, and nekyselých gases (H2, O2, N2, He,
AR and gaseous hydrocarbons),
f) content of radon.
Part of a comprehensive analysis of the natural medicinal resources, and natural resources
mineral water is the result of microbiological investigation pursuant to přílohyč.
3. under current circumstances, the scope of the comprehensive analysis added
determination of foreign substances (heavy metals, pesticides, and substances of petroleum origin
and more).
II.
The contents of the control analysis resources
A. content of the control analysis of a natural healing sources of mineral waters and
natural sources of mineral water:
and source name) place and mineral water,
(b)) date and place of sampling,
c) name and address of the laboratory and the workers who samples products
and analyzed,
(d)), a brief description and terms and conditions of the subscription resources (water, air, temperature,
spreading rate),
e) physical and physico-chemical parameters (pH, electrical conductivity),
(f) the contents of the selected folder) of inorganic cations (Na +, Mg2 +, Ca2 +,
FE2 +, the anions Cl-, SO42-, HCO3-, NO2-, NO3-, in water classified as
iodine J-) in mg/l and mmol/l,
(g)) the contents of gases CO2 and H2S in mg/l for water classified as carbon dioxide and
has shown,
h) in water classified as radon activity of 222Rn in its spring.
(B) Content analysis control. a natural healing source peloidu:
and the name of the bearings) place and peloidu resources,
(b)) date and place of sampling (depth, the type of subscription)
c) name and address of the laboratory and the workers who removed a sample and
analyzed,
(d)) peloidu General characteristics (color, odor, consistency, presence

c) name and address of the laboratory and the workers who samples products
and analyzed,
(d)), a brief description and terms and conditions of the subscription resources (air temperature, yield
resources),
(e)) the carbon dioxide content, sulfánu, and the total content of gas nekyselých.
If microbiological investigation is required, remains its scope by
přílohyč. 3. Control Range is possible to supplement the analysis, determination of
other selected values according to specific conditions of the source.
Č. 3
A. requirements for the quality of the sources of mineral waters
It applies to sources of natural mineral waters intended
to the bottling and on natural healing sources of mineral waters.
MICROBIOLOGICAL and biological INDICATORS

B. quality requirements for natural healing sources-peloids use
It applies to native peloidy and therapeutic peloid compress
(wraps, baths, compresses, vaginal swabs).
MICROBIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No indicator unit limit limit type notes
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Escherichia coli cfu/1 g 10 NMH
2. coliforms cfu/1 g 100 MH
3. the enterococci cfu/1 g 10 NMH
4. Pseudomonas aeruginosa cfu/1 g 10 NMH
5. Staphylococcus aureus cfu/1 g 10 NMH
6. Clostridium perfringens cfu/1 g 10 MH
7. Candida albicans cfu/1 g 10 NMH
8. the number of colonies 22 C cfu/g-1-3
9. the number of colonies of St. 36 (C) cfu/g-1-3
10. within the cfu/1 g 0 NMH 2
Explanatory notes:
CFU-colony forming unit
NMH-highest critical value, which excludes the use of the
resources
MH-the critical value, the crossing is losing a source of matching
quality in the indicators;
My indicator function, and when it is exceeded, it is necessary to adopt
appropriate measures
Editor's note. 1 concerns the resources for which there is a suspicion of contamination
the surface water
Editor's note. 2 refers to the reclaimed peloids use
Editor's note. 3 determination of kultivovatelných of microorganisms-colony count
22 ° C and 36 ° C is by determining the orientation, has no meaning
hygienic, but it is important for the assessment of the overall
microbial peloidu
