fixing the method of calculation of the amount of damages caused by the selected

especially protected animals, domesticated animals, in defined

dogs used for guarding, fish, colonies, beekeeping

the device, nesklizených, field crops and forest stands



Ministry of the environment shall determine according to § 7 (2). 3 of Act No.

115/2000 Coll. on compensation of damage caused by especially selected

protected fauna:



§ 1



How to calculate the amount of damages caused to the defined

domesticated animals, dogs used for guarding, fish,

colonies, and beekeeping equipment



(1) the amount of compensation shall be determined by the usual price. The usual price is the price

that would have been reached on the sale of a like defined it stopped

the animal, a dog used for guarding, fish, bees and Beekeeper's

facilities in the ordinary course of trade in the territory of the country at the date of the damage, and
