the Massif, which is reflected by a sudden pull or an expulsion
rocks in the mine with as a result of his obvious and permanent deformation;
This phenomenon may be accompanied by seismickým and sound effect in this
mine workings. In this storyline, gaseous and liquid components contained in the
mountain massif are not participating significantly. In the place of release of the flexible
energy and violation of the Massif is divided into slojové shock and aftershocks of the
the higher the overburden,
b)-a shock phenomenon natural phenomenon of sudden violation of the Massif without
deformation of mining works; a Concussive effect shall be popping and
impact that odprýsknutím small fragments of rocks from the perimeter
the mining works or sound characteristic to burst, where appropriate,

(3) the Geomechanik must the competence for the performance of functions prove
examination before the Commission of the district mining Office.
(4) The mines with the danger of upheaval, that make up the organizational unit
the workplace must be established, which continuously monitors and evaluates the
seismic activity in the area. In the case of interruption
the work of mining in a mine can interrupt the continuity of the racing mine
evaluation for the mine. However, the evaluation must be performed
before the renewal of mining work.
§ 4
The classification of parts of the Massif
In the mines, with the risk of shocks are considered to all parts of the Massif
dangerous shocks if they are not on the basis of the results of the regional
the forecast included as part of the Massif, without the risk of shocks.
§ 5
The classification of mine workings
(1) All led by mine workings with the exception of those that are included in the
parts of the Massif without risk of shock, racing down ^ 5)
According to the results of the local forecast to 1., 2. or 3. the degree of danger
shocks. This may include only part of the mine workings.
(2) between the mine workings in the 1. the degree of risk of shocks are classified

There is no danger of upheaval.
(3) the basis for the regional forecast are natural data on the bearing and
parts of the Massif in relation to slojím planned to conquest.
The main data are reviewed, in particular,
and sandstone lithology, vrstevního)
b) physico-mechanical properties of coal and rock
(c)) the depth of the deposit under the surface, the power and the layers of bows,
(d) structural-tectonic structure).
(4) the Local forecast is carried out in parts of the Massif with danger
the formation of shocks. On the basis of the results of the local forecasts with the workings
classified into 1., 2. or 3. the degree of risk of shocks.
(5) documents for local forecasts are especially
and storage) ratios (for example, the depth of the deposit and the thickness of the seam),
(b)) the current mining activity (for example, the edges of the nevýrubů, left
the pillars, the presence of goaf areas, vyrubání protective seam).
(6) the interim forecast is carried out when the lead mines in parts of the
the Massif with the danger of the formation of shocks. The method of implementation of the interim
the plan provides for developing forecasts, training and mining. ^ 6) Position
