GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 2004. December 2014,
for the purposes of the housing allowance from the State social support for
the year 2015, the amount of costs comparable with the rent, the amounts
will be included for solid fuels, and the amounts of the normative cost of
housing
The Government decrees referred to in section 28 of Act No. 117/1995 Coll., on State social
support, as amended by law No 112/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
§ 1
(1) the amount of the cost of comparable with the rent pursuant to § 25 para. 1 (b). (b))
the law shall be for the period from 1. January 2015 to 31. December 2015 for
calendar month amount:

§ 2
The amounts of the normative housing costs pursuant to § 26 para. 1 (b). and)
and (b)) of the Act shall be for the period from 1. January 2015 to 31. December 2015 for

§ 3
The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply for the first time for the establishment of the housing allowance
for January 2015.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2015.
