GOVERNMENT REGULATION

on the establishment of the national list of significant European sites



The Government directs pursuant to § 45a para. 2 and section 45 c of paragraph 1. 4 of Act No. 114/1992

Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll., and

Act No. 349/2009, code:



§ 1



Establishment of the national list of European significant localities



(1) On a national list of European major sites are classified site

specified in annexes 1-1075 to this regulation.



(2) the definition of the individual European major sites contains



and includes the site name) (hereinafter the "site"), its

the geographical location of the site, including a map showing the indicative guidance

the boundaries of the site, its size,



(b)) the data about which types of European habitats and that European

important species, requiring territorial protection, the site naturally

occur, and



c) data about what category of particularly protected areas is proposed

or part of the site to declare, in the case of the protection of the site, or

part of the announcement is not yet ensured especially protected territories

is not protected by contract, or for the preservation of favourable conservation status

the subject of the protection is not sufficient protection or part of the site

According to section 45 c of paragraph 1. 2 of the Act on nature and landscape protection. In the case that

to be especially protected areas declared only a portion of the site is for

the relevant categories of the word "part".



§ 2



The boundaries of the biogeographical regions in the Czech Republic

sites, as amended by Government Decree No. 301/2007 Sb.



§ 4



The effectiveness of the



This Regulation shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following its publication.
