for the preparation and implementation of the tasks of the protection of the population



Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to § 35 para. 2 and 3 of law No. 239/2000

Coll., on the integrated rescue system and on amendments to certain laws,

(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 7 (2). 7 (b). c) to (g)) of the Act and after

consultation with the Ministry for local development to implement section 7 (2). 7

(a). h) of the Act:



PART THE FIRST



PROCEDURE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FACILITIES AND CIVIL PROTECTION TRAINING

THEIR PERSONNEL



[To section 7 para. 7 (b), (c)) of the Act]



§ 1



The procedure for setting up civil protection device



(1) the municipality, other legal entity or individual entrepreneur (^ 1)

"the founder") may apply to the County for the fire brigade

observations on the effectiveness of the establishment of the civil protection device.

Training of the staff of civil protection device

§ 4



A way of informing the

WARNING AND NOTICE AND METHOD OF PROVIDING EMERGENCY INFORMATION

§ 6



Technical, operational and organizational security uniform system

warning and notification



A uniform system of warning and notification is technically, operationally, and

organizationally, secured vyrozumívacími centers, telecommunications networks

§ 7

§ 12

INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION OF THE POPULATION

§ 15
