of 5 April 2004. January 2012



of professional competence of railway vehicle controllers and people

carrying out revision, inspection and testing of specified technical equipment

and amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 101/1995 Coll., which

publishes regulations for health and competence of the people in the operation of

railways and railway transport, as amended

PART THE FIRST



THE COMPETENCE ON THE RUNWAY



§ 1



This Decree transposes the European Union regulation ^ 1), at the same time

builds on the directly applicable European Union regulation ^ 2) and covers:

THE COMPETENCE OF APPLICANTS FOR DRIVER'S LICENSES AND RELEASES

CERTIFICATE DRIVER



Driver's license



§ 2



(1) the minimum level of educational attainment of the applicant for the issue of licences

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5



(1) the test to demonstrate professional competence consists of a part

§ 9



Teaching and training

§ 11



Test

§ 15

§ 17

CHAPTER FOUR



TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS



section 18

equivalent professional experience according to § 14 para. 3 (b). (b)) of this order for

those activities and the types of specified technical equipment, for which they were

carried out.



(4) If the request for examination is filed before the date of entry into force of this

the decree and the test was not performed before that date, shall be in

the composition of the tests in accordance with Decree No. 101/1995 Coll., in the version in force until the date of

entry into force of this Decree.



(5) the test provided for in Decree No. 101/1995 Coll., in the version in force until the date of

entry into force of this order, shall be deemed equivalent to the test of

General professional competence pursuant to section 3 of this order.



(6) a licence demonstrating according to Decree No. 101/1995 Coll., in

the version in force until the date of entry into force of this Decree, the professional

eligibility for the electric drive vehicle DC systems (E1)

electric drive vehicle AC system (E2) or vícesoustavová

electric powered vehicles (E3) is deemed to be a licence

demonstrating professional competence for electric powered vehicles (E) according to the

PART TWO



Change of health and competence of the people in the operation of

railways and railway transport



§ 19



Decree 101/1995 Coll. issuing the regulations for medical and professional

eligibility in the operation of railways and railway transport, as amended by

Decree No. 455/2000 Coll., Decree No. 194/2005 Coll. and Decree No.

305/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In the title of the Decree, the words ' and training ' are deleted.



2. the heading of section 1, and the title of § 8 shall be deleted.



3. in article 1, paragraph 1, including footnote # 19 is added:



"(1) conditions for medical fitness and how to perform radiological

activities in the assessment of medical fitness shall apply to
