for non-periodic publications

Parliament has passed the following Act of the Czech Republic:
§ 1
(1) for the purposes of this Act, non-periodical publications are reproductions
literary, scientific and artistic works ^ 1), intended for public dissemination,
which are issued in one lump sum, or no more than once a year or

(h) a copy of the issued abroad), if the Publisher does not have the organizational
folder on the territory of the Czech Republic.
§ 2
(1) Neperiodická the publication must include the following information:
and the name of the work)
(b)) the names of the authors whose works are included in the publication, if known
and the authors explicitly permit their placing, or pseudonyms

(c)) the business name and address or name, surname and residence of the person,
that recurring publication released (hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher"),
(d) the year of first release), if known,
(e)) for works translated the original title of the work and the designation issue, from which it was

(f) the designation of the copyright holders),
(g)) the number of the international standard numbering the books if it was granted,
(h)) the business name and address or name, surname and residence of the person,

(2) the Publisher shall be obliged to ensure that the neperiodická publication
include the information referred to in paragraph 1.
(3) Neperiodická publications, which does not include the information referred to in paragraph 1,
may not be publicly disseminated.
§ 3
(1) the Publisher is obliged to free of charge and at their own expense to cast from each
the issue of non-periodical publication within 30 days from the date of issue of the ^ 1) established

§ 4

§ 5
(1) Regional Office Publisher saves a non-periodical publication that
does not include the information referred to in section 2 (2). 1 of this Act, a fine of up to 50
USD.
(2) Regional Office saves a person who distributes recurring
the publication, which are not included in the information referred to in section 2 (2). 1 of this

(3) Regional Office, which saves publishers deemed mandatory copies
pursuant to section 3 of this Act, a fine of up to CZK 50,000.
(4) Regional Office saves the Publisher that has not complied with the obligation to offer
pursuant to section 4 of this Act, a fine of up to 15 000 Czk.
(5) the territorial jurisdiction of the regional authority in proceedings for the imposition of fines under the
paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 shall be governed by established publishers, or if it is a physical
person, the place of his permanent residence.
(6) the jurisdiction of the regional authority in proceedings for the imposition of fines
referred to in paragraph 2 shall be governed by the place where the infringement occurred.
(7) in determining the amount of the fine to take account of the seriousness of the regional office,
the manner, duration and consequences of the infringement.
(8) the Fines referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4 may be imposed no later than one year
the date, when the regional office is aware of a breach of an obligation, and
within three years from the date on which the infringement occurred.
(9) The procedure for the imposition of fines is subject to the General provisions of administrative
management. ^ 8)
(10) the fine imposed, and selected regional authority is the income of the region.
(11) the imposition of a fine in accordance with the obligations of the preceding paragraphs do not disappear
set out in sections 3 and 4 of this Act.
Section 5a
The scope of the regional authority established under this Act are performance
