material of forest tree species

The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to section 39 of the Act No. 149/2003 Coll.
marketing of forest reproductive material forests

§ 1
The requirements on the quality of forest reproductive material
(Section 4 of the Act)

genetic, morphological, physiological characteristics and
the State of health.

§ 5

§ 6

§ 8

§ 9

§ 14

The criteria for the classification of wood in the stands of the phenotypic classes
1. Information about the origin of the

Requirements for the approval of basic material resources selektovaného

Requirements for the approval for the production of qualified reproductive
material
1. Seed orchards
(1) documentation (location set, a kind of tree species, quality, default

Requirements for the recognition of tested reproductive material sources
1. REQUIREMENTS for ALL TYPES of TESTS
and) General

meet the appropriate requirements of the annexes to the No. 22 and no. 26.
