The Czech mining Office pursuant to § 39 para. 3 of Act No. 44/1988 Coll., on the protection and

the use of mineral wealth (the top Act), as amended by the law of the Czech

the National Council No 549/1991 Coll. and section 20 (2). 2, § 38 paragraph 1(a). 5 (a)) and §

paragraph 41. 1 (b). h) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 61/1988 Coll., on

mining activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration, as amended by

the Czech National Council Act No. 542/1991 Coll., provides:



Part the first



General provisions



§ 1



The scope of the



(1) this Ordinance governs the management, retention and completion (hereinafter referred to as

"leadership") permissible measuring documentation ("documentation") for the

legal and natural persons (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") when mining activity

and activities carried out using mining techniques within the meaning of the law of the Czech national

Council Regulation No 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State mining

§ 2



Responsibility for the management of documentation

§ 3

§ 5

§ 6

§ 10

Documentation includes:

§ 14



The basic mining map



(1) the basic mining map is the technical and legal document of the Organization,
