on the energy labelling and the ecodesign of consumption
energy
The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 14 para. 5 of law No.
406/2000 Coll. on energy management, as amended by law No. 177/2006 Coll.
(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 8 (2). 1, § 8 para. 2 (a). a) and g),
§ 8 para. 3 (b). (b)), and (d)), § 8 para. 4 (b). (b)), and (c)), § 8 para. 7, § 8a
paragraph. 1, section 8a of the paragraph. 2 (a). section 8a), para. 3 (b). (d)), and (e)) and § 8a of the paragraph.

§ 1
The subject of the edit

§ 2
List of energy-related products for energy
labelling
(1) products related to energy consumption, which is covered directly

§ 3
The label and its placement, information sheet and the technical
documentation
Design of the label and its content and placement, content

§ 4
List of energy-related products for eco-design
Products related to energy consumption, which is covered directly

§ 5
Ecodesign requirements, CE marking and EC declaration of conformity
(1) the ecodesign requirements for energy-related products,
including a timetable for their implementation, provides for the directly applicable
regulations of the European Union.
(2) if the product is associated with the power connected
the CE marking and reissued this EC declaration of conformity of the product, then this
the product associated with the consumption of energy meets all the requirements for the
ecodesign requirements listed for the product associated with the consumption of energy in the right
the applicable legislation of the European Union.
(3) the CE marking is an indication of conformity of products associated with the consumption of

§ 6
Conformity assessment and the presumption of conformity
(1) the conformity assessment of the product associated with the power consumption requirements
the ecodesign requirements set out in the applicable legislation of the European Union

Introductory provisions
