about the details of the definition of the water works registered in the cadastre of real estate

Of the Czech Republic



The Ministry of agriculture in the agreement with the Czech Office of land survey and

the land lays down, pursuant to section 20 (2). 1 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on the

waters and on amendments to certain acts (the Water Act), as amended by Act No.

20/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree lays down a more detailed definition of the water works associated with the

countries fixed Foundation, registered in the cadastre of real estates of the Czech

Republic, dams, dikes, dams, buildings to nautical

the purposes established in the open water or on the banks of the streams, the construction of the

the use of hydroelectric power and the construction of tailings dams.

§ 2



In the cadastre of real estates of the Czech Republic is registered

§ 3

§ 5
