PART THE FIRST



GENERAL PROVISIONS



§ 1



The subject of the edit

§ 2

ORGANIZATION AND TASKS OF THE MINE RESCUE SERVICE



§ 3



Mining rescue service



Mining rescue service consists of mine rescue stations, which are

§ 4



The tasks of the mine rescue service



(1) the task of mine rescue service is to carry out the work, and quick and effective

§ 5



The main mining rescue station



The main mining rescue station is established for the territorial units established

§ 6



Tasks the main mine rescue station

mine rescue stations,

"emergency plan") in organizations and at the request of organisations participating in the

k) monitors and uses knowledge of research and development in the field of mining

rescue work,



l) on the basis of the decision of the Director of the main mine rescue station, or

at the request of the organization takes part in rescue actions carried out by racing

mining rescue station,



m) trains and tested employees and other organizations designated for release,

maintenance and repair of detection and display devices for checking folders

display devices,



n) delivers or provides gas reference laboratories (trade)

(2) the main mining rescue station determines the equipping of organizations

§ 7



Racing mining rescue station

§ 8



The tasks of the mine rescue station racing

their emergency status in the workplace in the circuit.



(2) without delay after the onset of on-call time shall inform the racing mining

with a permanent emergency rescue station the main mining rescue

PART THREE



EQUIPMENT AND LOCATION OF MINE RESCUE STATIONS



§ 9



Equipment of mine rescue station



Sufficient conditions for personnel, material and technical equipment and

Equipment principal mine rescue station

I) machinery and equipment for work at a height and above free depth,

or even under water,



(j)), computer technology and resources for photographic documentation and

video recordings,



k) accommodation, teaching and training facilities and the smokebox and



l) infirmary, laboratories, garages, workshops and warehouses,



m) premises and equipment for maintaining and improving physical fitness

(2) the basic equipment of the main mine rescue station, which is to perform

its tasks also in deep mines, form in addition to the equipment referred to in

paragraph 1 also the thermal Chamber.



§ 11



Equipment of mine rescue stations racing



The basic equipment of mine rescue station consists of racing:



and breathing apparatus) and artificial, and their accessories,

f) means of transport for the rapid transportation of mine rescuers,



g) teaching spaces,



h) workshops and warehouses and

§ 12



Breathing apparatus and artificial



(1) self-contained breathing apparatus and resuscitating the appliance may only be used by the person

trained in its use of [§ 6 para. 1 (b) (c))].



(2) respirators and resuscitation devices and their accessories

§ 14



Members of the mining rescue service

§ 15



Mining rescue main mine rescue station



Members of the mining rescue service the main mine rescue stations are:

§ 17



Mining rescue the State Mining Administration

TITLE II



REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPETENCE OF MINE RESCUERS

Mining rescuer



(1) Mining rescuer may become the one who

administration of the oath of the mining rescuers into the hands of the President of the Czech

§ 19

at least three years of rescue experience, of which at least annual practice

the test of the mining rescue equipment. It is also a condition that at least one


one of them was mining a lifeguard.



Article 23 of the



Mechanic



A mechanic may be the only employee, who graduated from basic training

and practical training for mine rescue workers [section 18, paragraph 1 (b), (c))] and

the 10-day practical training mechanics on the main mine rescue

Climber and diver

§ 25



Sergeant



(1) a Sergeant may be just mining paramedic with at least three years

rescue practice, who have received training on the main mining drill sergeant

the rescue station of 8 teaching hours and succeeded test

of the mining rescue equipment; This test is repeated every 3 years.



(2) a Sergeant climbers may be just mining rescuer, who also graduated from

Special training in the use of climbing techniques or techniques

industrial mountaineering in length of 40 hours and successfully performed a test of

use of this technique; This test is repeated every 3 years.



(3) a Sergeant divers may be just mining rescuer, who graduated

Special training in the use of diving equipment in a length of 40 hours

and he has done successfully the test of the use of this technique; This exam

repeated every 3 years.



PART FIVE



STAFF REGULATIONS OF MINE RESCUE STATION



section 26



The staff regulations of
