PART THE FIRST
GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 1
The subject of the edit

§ 2

ORGANIZATION AND TASKS OF THE MINE RESCUE SERVICE
§ 3
Mining rescue service
Mining rescue service consists of mine rescue stations, which are
the main mine rescue station and racing mine rescue station, and

§ 4
The tasks of the mine rescue service
(1) the task of mine rescue service is to carry out the work, and quick and effective

§ 5
The main mining rescue station
The main mining rescue station is established for the territorial units established
The Czech Mining Authority. The main mining rescue station establishes a ^ 3)

§ 6
Tasks the main mine rescue station

"emergency plan") in organizations and at the request of organisations participating in the

k) monitors and uses knowledge of research and development in the field of mining
rescue work,
l) on the basis of the decision of the Director of the main mine rescue station, or
at the request of the organization takes part in rescue actions carried out by racing
mining rescue station,
m) trains and tested employees and other organizations designated for release,
maintenance and repair of detection and display devices for checking folders

display devices,
n) delivers or provides gas reference laboratories (trade)

§ 7
Racing mining rescue station

§ 8
The tasks of the mine rescue station racing

PART THREE
EQUIPMENT AND LOCATION OF MINE RESCUE STATIONS
§ 9
Equipment of mine rescue station

(j)), computer technology and resources for photographic documentation and
video recordings,
k) accommodation, teaching and training facilities and the smokebox and
l) infirmary, laboratories, garages, workshops and warehouses,
m) premises and equipment for maintaining and improving physical fitness

(2) the basic equipment of the main mine rescue station, which is to perform
its tasks also in deep mines, form in addition to the equipment referred to in

§ 11
Equipment of mine rescue stations racing
The basic equipment of mine rescue station consists of racing:

§ 12
Breathing apparatus and artificial
(1) self-contained breathing apparatus and resuscitating the appliance may only be used by the person
trained in its use of [§ 6 para. 1 (b) (c))].
(2) respirators and resuscitation devices and their accessories

§ 14
Members of the mining rescue service

§ 15

§ 17
Mining rescue the State Mining Administration

TITLE II
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPETENCE OF MINE RESCUERS
section 18
Mining rescuer
(1) Mining rescuer may become the one who

mine rescue station

§ 19

(4) the Diver's diving qualifications maintained by twice a year
completing training and practical training in the use of diving

appropriate conditions will be replaced by practical training.
§ 25
Sergeant
(1) a Sergeant may be just mining paramedic with at least three years
rescue practice, who have received training on the main mining drill sergeant
the rescue station of 8 teaching hours and succeeded test
of the mining rescue equipment; This test is repeated every 3 years.
(2) a Sergeant climbers may be just mining rescuer, who also graduated from
Special training in the use of climbing techniques or techniques
industrial mountaineering in length of 40 hours and successfully performed a test of
use of this technique; This test is repeated every 3 years.
(3) a Sergeant divers may be just mining rescuer, who graduated
Special training in the use of diving equipment in a length of 40 hours
and he has done successfully the test of the use of this technique; This exam
repeated every 3 years.
PART FIVE
STAFF REGULATIONS OF MINE RESCUE STATION
section 26
The staff regulations of
