on the determination of the conditions of the procedure in the electronic auction



Ministry for regional development (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") determined by the

section 16a para. 5 of law No. 26/2000 Coll., on public auctions, as amended by

Act No. 396/2012 Coll. and Act No. 303/2013 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



Introductory provisions



This Decree regulates the conditions of the procedure for the implementation of the electronic

auctions.



§ 2



Definition of basic terms



For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 3

§ 4
