issuing the regulations for medical eligibility in the operation of
railways and railway transport

The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 66 paragraph 1. 1 for the implementation of § 45 para.
3 and § 48 para. 1, and in agreement with the Ministry of health under section 66
paragraph. 2 and in agreement with the Ministry of the Interior, pursuant to section 66 paragraph 1. 3 of Act No.
266/1994 Coll., on rail systems:

§ 1

§ 2

§ 3
Medical fitness shall be assessed and opinion about medical fitness
issued under this Ordinance and under special legislation for
medical assessment by a doctor (preventive care

§ 4

§ 6

§ 7
