of 10 June 1999. December 2013
the extent and the way of keeping records of decision, of the measures of a general nature,
binding opinions, approvals, and reporting, which has been given consent under
Water Act, and parts of the decision in accordance with the law on integrated pollution prevention
(about the building register)
The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 19 para. 2 of the Act No. 254/2001
Coll. on waters and on amendments to certain acts (the Water Act), as amended by law
No 150/2010 Coll.:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree lays down the extent and manner of keeping records of decision,
measures of a general nature, binding opinions and consents of the administrative offices
and territorial self-government authorities, issued under the Water Act, and submitted to them
the announcement, which gave their agreement under the Water Act, and parts of the decision,
that under the law on integrated prevention replaced the decision issued by the
under the Water Act, (hereinafter referred to as "the building register"). The Decree further
defines the scope of the information and the method of storing them in the information system
public administration ^ 1).
The scope and method of management of the building the evidence
§ 2
(1) the administrative authorities and institutions of local and regional authorities in the information store

efficiency in electronic form to the municipal authority of the municipality with extended
scope, in whose administrative judge of the municipal office is located, which this
an administrative act and the identification information referred to in paragraph 1 is stored in the
information system of public administration.
§ 3
Administrative offices and authorities which impose administrative acts and
identifying information pursuant to § 2 (2). 1 to the information system of the public
the Administration, is to be transmitted, including administrative acts referred to in section 2 (2). 3 and

§ 4
The scope and method of storing the data in the information system of public administration

§ 5
The removal of non-compliance in the building register
(1) the administrative authorities and institutions of local self-government authorities removed in water management

§ 6
Common provisions
To guide the building records, the storage of data in the information system
the public administration and the Ministry of agriculture provides data presentation
single programming facilities.
§ 7
