about the public regular services timetables
The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to § 41 para. 2 Act No. 111/1994 Coll.
on road transport, as amended by Act No. 304/1997 Coll., Act No. 150/2000
Coll., Act No. 103/2004 Coll., Act No. 186/2004 Coll., Act No. 229/2005
Coll., Act No. 253/2005 Coll., Act No. 411/2005 Coll., Act No. 226/2006
Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll., Act No. 194/2010 Coll., Act No. 119/2012
Coll., Act No. 102/2013 Coll. and Act No. 64/2014 Coll., to implement section 17
paragraph. 6:
§ 1
Basic concepts
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 2
How to handle a schedule and its changes
(1) in the national transport carrier handles the timetable for each
the line, to which he has been granted or amended licence, if it is about
such a change of license, which raises the need for changes to the content of the approved
timetable. The carrier handles the timetable with effect from the date of
start of operation of a regular service or changes to the license until the end of time
the validity of the license, or to one of the published terms of changes
timetables.
(2) in international transport carrier handles the timetable for each
the line, to which the grant or amendment of the licence or permit,
in the case of an amendment to the licence or permit, which raises the need for
changes to the content of the approved timetable. The timetable is valid for
the validity of the licence or permit.
(3) the change of working timetable handles the carrier as a new timetable. Change

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5
Special provisions for international regular services timetables
(1) regular international service schedule submitted for approval
contains the elements referred to in § 3 and 4 with the differences referred to in
paragraphs 2 to 5.

(3) the names of the stops of the carrier in the language lists of the State on whose territory the

§ 6
Presentation of the timetable for approval
(1) the national regular services timetables and its changes processed

3 and 4 within the time limit set by the competent traffic authority so that it
could approve and advance to the national information system on
schedules no later than 15 days before the beginning of its period of validity.

(2) in the case of a regular international service, the carrier shall submit schedule
processed in accordance with § 2 and in the form of content in accordance with § 3-5 together with the

§ 7
Publication of timetables
(1) the carrier publishes timetables in the form in which it was approved by the

§ 8
Special provisions for the publication of timetables of lines the city

§ 9
Organization of the national information system on timetables
(1) the national information system on timetables contains approved
timetables of national regular services and international lines

electronic form according to § 6 paragraph 1. 3 to the national information

§ 10
Transitional provisions
(1) the procedure for the approval of the timetable or the changes that could not
finally completed before the date of entry into force of this order, the

(2) the procedure for changing the working timetable national regular services with
the exception of the municipal bus transport, approved by Decree No.
388/2000 Coll., valid no later than 13. December 2014, will lead
in accordance with Decree No. 388/2000 Coll.
(3) the validity of the timetables of national regular services approved
in accordance with Decree No. 388/2000 Coll. without an expiration date or with
term expires after 30 June. ends 30 June 2015. from 1 June 2015.
§ 11
Regulation (EEC)
