The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 8 (2). 5 and § 9 para. 9 of law

No. 156/1998 Coll., on fertilisers, soil conditioners, Assistant

herbal medicines and substrates and agrochemical testing

agricultural soils (fertilisers), as amended by Act No. 308/2000 Coll.

§ 1

§ 2

§ 3



Storage of straight ammonium nitrate fertilizers

§ 4



Storage of liquid mineral fertilizers



(1) Liquid mineral fertilizers shall be stored in tanks for this purpose

§ 6



Storage of manure



(1) Solid livestock manure shall be stored in the construction sites for the storage of solid

manure, excluding tributary surface water or rainwater.
