The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with section 112, § 121
paragraph. 1 and section, paragraph 123. 5 of the Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school,
primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (the education

PART THE FIRST
COMMON PROVISIONS
§ 1
Participant interest education
Participants in the area of education of children, pupils and students; the participants of the

PART THE SECOND
EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FOR EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION
§ 3
Educational facilities for extracurricular education are:

Activities of Centre

§ 5

§ 8
The activity of the company
(1) the company provides education to pupils in one school of interest or

the activities of the company at the time of school holidays.

§ 9
The participants in the activities of the company
(1) the activity of the company is determined to give priority to pupils of the first grade

§ 10

REMUNERATION FOR EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS RUN BY THE

§ 11
The conditions of remuneration

§ 12
Determination of the amount of the remuneration in the Centre

§ 14

§ 15
