The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with section 112, § 121

paragraph. 1 and section, paragraph 123. 5 of the Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school,

primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (the education

PART THE FIRST



COMMON PROVISIONS



§ 1



Participant interest education



Participants in the area of education of children, pupils and students; the participants of the

PART THE SECOND



EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FOR EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION



§ 3



Educational facilities for extracurricular education are:

§ 4



Activities of Centre



(1) the activity of the Centre shall be carried out in more areas of interest

education or focuses on a particular area of interest education.

material assistance to participants in the area of education, or schools, and

educational facilities.



(3) the Centre has the following types:

§ 5



The participants in the activities of the Centre

§ 6



Activity Club



(1) the Club provides special interest education for pupils of one or several school

schools.



(2) the Club carries out the activity in the days of school teaching. The Club may

§ 8



The activity of the company



(1) the company provides education to pupils in one school of interest or

several schools, or even children in the preparatory class, one or more of the

primary schools and children in the preparatory stage of one or more of the basic

special schools.

the holidays. After consultation of the founder, the Director may suspend

the activities of the company at the time of school holidays.



(3) the company may carry out activities for the participants or the participants and

their legal representative, even in the days of leave.



(4) the company shall organize extracurricular education especially for the participants

logged on to the regular daily attendance.



(5) the activity of the company is carried out primarily by those referred to in section 2 of the

§ 9



The participants in the activities of the company



(1) the activity of the company is determined to give priority to pupils of the first grade

the basic school.

§ 10

REMUNERATION FOR EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS RUN BY THE

§ 11



The conditions of remuneration

§ 12



Determination of the amount of the remuneration in the Centre



Where the amount of remuneration is determined by the budget, not the budgeted revenue for the

§ 15
