The Government directs pursuant to § 104 paragraph. 3 of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on State

Other obstacles in the civil service, for which it is for the State employees

salary, are listed in the annex to this regulation.



§ 2

The circuit and the range of other obstacles in the civil service



1. the Care of mother and child after birth.



Leave the State employees, who is the father of the child, shall provide the

for 2 days in a period of 6 weeks after the birth of a child to the care of mother and child

giving birth.



2. participation at the wedding



Leave the State employees will provide for 1 day to participate in the

sibling or grandchild's wedding.



3. conclusion of the registered partnership



Leave the State employees will provide for 1 day to the closing

registered partnership.



4. Other personal barriers



Leave the State employees shall provide
