The DECREE
of 12 June. September 2012
on the recognition of the equivalence of education of officials of territorial self-governing units
The Ministry of the Interior shall establish under section 42 for the implementation of section 33, paragraph. 1 of the law
No 312/2002 Coll., on officials of territorial self-governing units and amending
some of the laws:
§ 1
(1) the obligation to participate in the initial training does not have an official
