In section 59 paragraph 1 the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) the person who makes the submission in electronic form in accordance with the Special

Change of administrative procedure
Article IV
Act No. 71/1967 Coll., on administrative proceedings (administrative code), as amended by law
No 29/2000 Coll. and Act No 227/2000 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In section 19 (1), including footnotes, no ^ 1):
"(1) it is possible to make a Submission in writing or orally or in
electronic form signed by an advanced electronic signature. ^ 1)

The amendment to the law on electronic signature
Article. In
Act No 227/2000 Coll., on electronic signature and amending certain
other laws (the law on electronic signature), is hereby amended as follows:
In section 11 on the end of the paragraph the following sentence: "it also applies for the performance
