PART TWO
STANDARDS FOR THE TRANSMISSION OR DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRICITY
§ 5
Standard termination or transmission or distribution of electricity
(1) the standard of their interruption of distribution of electricity is their
interruption of distribution of electricity, including a planned interruption in the supply
or delivery location or local distribution system operator
customer within
and 18 hours) in the network distribution system with voltage levels up to 1 kV and 12
hours in the network distribution system with voltage levels up to 1 kV in the territory
the city of Prague,
b) 12 hours on the distribution system with the voltage levels above 1 kV and
8 hours on the network distribution system with voltage levels above 1 kV to
the territory of the city of Prague.
(2) the time limit referred to in paragraph 1 shall start the moment the operator
distribution system operators learned about the formation of the interruption of distribution of electricity
or when the emergence of the interruption of distribution of electricity could and had to find out.
(3) if the customer to the emergence of several long-term
interruption of distribution of electricity incurred as a result of the same event, it is
standard termination power distribution observed, if the period of
between the beginning of the first fixed interruption of distribution of electricity and
at the end of the last fixed interruption of distribution of electricity that
originated as a result of the same event, but was not due to the necessary
manipulations for putting the distribution system to the wiring before
disorder, shorter than the period referred to in paragraph 1.
(4) a standard termination or transmission or distribution of electricity from
the production plants of electricity connected to the transmission or distribution system is
renewal of the transmission or distribution system's ability to transmit or
distribute electricity from a pass-through space electricity production within the time limit
48 hours from the moment when the operator of a transmission or distribution
learned about the emergence of a system interrupt or when the emergence of interruption could and
He had to find out.

(6) For the purposes of determining the amount of compensation, the annual payment for distribution
means the voltage levels very high voltage and high voltage
the sum of the last 12 monthly invoiced payments for the use of the networks and
reserved capacity. In the case of a new subscription of electricity on the
voltage levels very high voltage and high voltage is
the basis for the calculation of the annual payments for the distribution of the agreed annual quantity
the supplied electricity, and negotiated the amount of the reserved capacity. On voltage
low voltage level, the annual payment for the distribution of the sum of the
the amounts for the fixed monthly payments according to the nominal current value
main circuit breaker before the measurement equipment and items for distribution
electricity in high and low tariff, posted in the last invoice
payment of the annual reading of the measuring device. In the case of billing
distribution of electricity over a period of less than 12 months the payment of proportional
to adjust according to the type of supply according to the diagram
another law, which lays down the rules of creation, assignment and
use the type of electricity supply diagrams ^ 1). In the case of a new subscription
electricity on the low-voltage level is the basis for the calculation of the annual
the payments for the distribution of average annual consumption in the distribution rate
in reference to the nominal current value of main circuit breaker before the measurement
the device according to the statements of the tariff statistics processed by another
Law ^ 2).

where the distribution system operator shall limit or is interrupted
distribution of electricity before reported or terminates the restrictions or
interruption of distribution of electricity later than announced.
(2) for the failure to comply with the standard of compliance with the planned restriction or interruption of the
distribution of electricity provides the distribution system operator
customer compensation amounting to 10% of his yearly payment for distribution,
laid down by analogy with § 5 para. 6, with a maximum of
