a State of emergency in the gas industry and how to ensure the safety

standard gas supply

The Ministry of industry and trade (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") determined by the

section 98a of paragraph 1. 1 (b). e) Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

on the performance of State administration in energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 158/2009 Coll., Act No.

211/2011 Coll. and Act No. 165/2012 Coll., to implement section 73 and 73a

Energy Bill:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree regulates the following a directly applicable regulation

§ 2



Basic provisions

§ 3



Emergency prevention

§ 4



A State of emergency

§ 5



Sampling of the degree

§ 6

§ 7



Allowable daily consumption



(1) the allowable daily consumption is calculated as the minimum daily value

§ 8



A notice of the classification of customers into groups



(1) the classification into groups according to § 2 shall be communicated by the operator until 31 December 2006.

§ 9



Emergency response plans



(1) the transmission system operator and distribution system operators

§ 10



Supporting documents for the processing of the plan of preventive measures and plan for the State of

§ 11



Way to ensure the safety of the standard
