The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:



§ 1



(1) there is hereby established the Czech television, based in Prague.



(2) the Czech television is a legal entity, which is running its own

§ 3



(1) the Czech Republic fulfils the public service oblastitelevizního

The Czech Television Council



§ 4



(1) the Authority which exercises the right of public inspection activities

§ 5

§ 6

§ 7



(1) the activities of the Council are governed by the rules of procedure, the Council shall, within thirty

§ 8

§ 8a



The Supervisory Commission



(1) the Supervisory Commission is an advisory body of the Council in matters of control

management of the Czech television. Its task is to monitor the financial

(5) the Supervisory Commission shall meet whenever requested in writing at least 2 of the

(9) the Supervisory Commission shall report in writing to the Council on its activities for each

§ 8b

§ 9



The Director-General

§ 10



The financing of Czech television



The financial resources of the Czech television are, in particular:

§ 11a



Separate accounting

§ 12



Television studios
