on batteries and accumulators and amending Decree No. 383/2001 Coll.
the details of the waste facility, as amended
Ministry of the environment shall establish under Section 31b para. 4, § 31 c
paragraph. 2, § 31e, para. 11, § paragraph 31f. 2, section 31 g para. 1 (b). (c)), section 31 h
paragraph. 4, § 31 para. 5 and section 31n para. 8 of the law No. 185/2001 Coll.
waste and amending certain other acts, as amended by Act No.
188/2004 Coll., Act No. 314/2006 Coll. and Act No. 297/2009 Coll. (hereinafter referred to
"the Act"):
PART THE FIRST
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union) and the ' ^ 1 '

§ 2
The mode of proof of compliance with the conditions laid down for the placing of batteries
or batteries on the market or into circulation, to the Customs Office

§ 3
The details of the labelling of batteries or accumulators

§ 4

The content and scope of the annual report on batteries and accumulators
are listed in the model, the annual reports on implementation of take-back obligations
and separate collection of batteries and accumulators, which is given in annex No.
3 of this order.
§ 6
Technical requirements the take-back of used car
batteries or accumulators
Instead of the take-back of used automotive batteries or accumulators

§ 7

§ 8
(1) Producers fulfilling the duties according to § 31 para. 1 (b). and) or (b))

§ 9

PART TWO
§ 10
Transitional provisions
(1) Producers who were included on a list of producers before the date of the acquisition of
the effectiveness of this Ordinance, shall process the annual report on batteries and
accumulators for the period from the beginning of 2010 until the date of entry into force of
