The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 68 to implement section 12 paragraph 1. 8, §
35 para. 7, § 44 para. 3, § 47 para. 5, § 49 para. 2, § 58 para. 3 and §
paragraph 61. 5 of law no 449/2001 Coll., on game management, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
PART THE FIRST
FOR DETAILS ABOUT PREREQUISITES FOR BECOMING A WARDEN AND THEIR
AUTHENTICATION SERVICE BADGE AND CARD WARDEN
(Section 12 paragraph 1 of the law)
§ 1
For details about prerequisites for becoming a warden and their
authentication
(1) Physically and medically eligible to act as warden
are persons whose health condition does not restrict the picnics, movement in the
uneven terrain and does not rule out a medium-sized and large physical stress,
Furthermore, persons who do not have a reduced ability to orientation, in particular fatal
hearing and vision disorders, do not suffer from kolapsovými States and záchvatovitými

hunting, ^ 4)
(e) the procedure for the other) administrative offences under the Act,

(6) the written test contains at least 20 questions of the areas referred to in
paragraph 5. Knowledge of the rights and duties of warden, it is considered

§ 2
Staff badge warden
(1) the staff badge warden is a convex elliptical shape
with a height of 55 mm and a width of 40 mm in the middle of the ellipse bounded by the perimeter

height is 20 mm and width of 16 mm. In the circumferential belt with a width of 8 mm is in the top

§ 3
The pass warden
(1) the pass warden is made of paper measuring 70 x 98 mm

§ 4

§ 5
How to perform the tests to gamekeepers of the householder
(1) the test for the hunting of the householder have a written and an oral part.

3. treatment of hunted game, its parts, modifying and
evaluation of the trophies, the system of livestock shows,
4. Hunter's Zoology and dancing;
(d)) IV. Group
1. hunting customs and traditions, the hunting culture, Hunter's speech,
2. hunting, hunting weapons and ammunition, and safety when dealing with
them, the hunting rules, methods of hunting, including falconry,
3. basic first aid assistance in the implementation of the rights of hunting,
4. the system for monitoring wild and its labelling.
(2) the written part of the Tenderer shall draw up a draft plan according to the specification
game management in the Wild Hunt, a statistical statement about the status of a hunting license,
a record of the caught game, including its checks and indicate its sale
and other dispositions with her, according to the elaborate register

(3) the oral part of the exam for the hunting of a householder shall consist of all
articles referred to in paragraph 1 before the examining Board, which is

(c)) was composed by higher professional hunting tests, or
(d)) has a university degree in law under the previously applicable
legislation or obtained by studying in the Bachelor, master
or doctoral programmes ^ 8) in the field of law, with respect to (I).
a group of items, or
(e)) has a college education under the previously applicable legislation
or obtained by studying in the Bachelor, master or doctoral
study programmes ^ 8) in the field of veterinary medicine and hygiene,
in the case of (III). a group of objects.
(5) the Chairman or Deputy Chairman of the examination Board may be the only one
who is the holder of a hunting for Czech citizens at least 5 years, and
demonstrates that he meets the qualifications referred to in paragraph 4 (b).

§ 6
(1) the date of the tests for the hunting of a householder shall determine the person pursuant to § 8
which was responsible for organising the tests to gamekeepers householder (hereinafter referred to as

§ 7
The method of evaluation skills
(1) the applicant's Knowledge of the individual groups of articles (§ 5 para. 1)

honors, "graduated", "failed". If the candidate has been classified

at least in the same 3 groups of articles in the written and oral part.

(5) the Chairman of the examination Board shall notify applicants no later than two hours
from the end of the last of the tenderer, which consisted in the same

§ 8
Hunting organizations and schools that can be entrusted with organising
tests to gamekeepers of the householder
Organizing tests for the hunting of the householder may be delegated
and the hunters ' organization) ^ 9) to hunting as the main filling your
activities that have a national scope and provide for applicants to
exams for preparatory training and hunting a householder in his
the professional experience, which includes the exam preparation
of a husbandman, or
(b)), to medium or higher vocational school branches hunting or
forestry, high schools that carry out programmes in the field of study

(Section 44 (3) of the Act)
TITLE I OF THE
HUNTING PREDATORS
§ 9
For detailed instructions about using hunting predators
(1) the hunting of prey in falconry may use only those persons who have
hunting license, passed the sokolnické test and used hunting predator in the

How to perform sokolnických tests
§ 10
(1) Sokolnické tests have a written and an oral part. Written part takes place

hunting, for the protection of nature and the landscape, the protection of animals against
abuse, about the conditions of the import and export of endangered species of wild
fauna of the European directive and international conventions dealing with this

2. the history of falconry and its present,
3. Organization of falconry in the Czech Republic, evidence of hunting predators,
sokolnické customs and traditions, Falcon meeting;
(b)) II. Group (Falcon Zoology)
1. zoology and biology of birds of prey,
2. the various kinds of birds of prey most commonly used for falconry, their

(2) the oral part of the exam consists of sokolnické all the items mentioned

who is the holder of a hunting for Czech citizens at least 5 years, and

§ 11

TITLE II
HUNTING DOGS
§ 14
For more detailed instructions on the use of hunting dogs
(1) in the Wild Hunt [§ 2 (b) (i)) and (j)) of the Act] are used to hunting dogs,
who have passed the tests of these procedures:

§ 15
The numbers of dogs set out for each type of hunting grounds

PART FOUR
HUNTING TICKETS, PERMITS FOR HUNTING AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT EXAMS
(Section 47, paragraph 5, of the Act)
TITLE I OF THE

§ 19
(1) Hunting tickets shall be issued:

hunting practice, tranquility game;

1. ways of game hunting including hunting, capture and rules

PART SEVEN
UNIFORMS OF THE EMPLOYEES OF STATE ADMINISTRATION BODIES OF HUNTING AND
THEIR LABEL
(To § 61, paragraph 5, of the Act)
§ 33
(1) a business uniform (hereinafter referred to as "uniform") is a green-grey color.
Uniform dress or tailored to make up the required garments
referred to in annex 19 of this order; in this annex are also given
permissible garments that can be with the required clothing
components combined.

(3) part of the uniforms is a metal badge of Government wildlife management,
that is placed on the left lapel of the jacket. The metal badge is a maroon

§ 34
