and the test on the effect of) external thermal stimuli, susceptibility to

sensitivity to impact and friction method, as described in the specific legal

Regulation; ^ 6)

(b)) in the test, which determines the relative sensitivity to impact and

relative sensitivity to friction compared with the m-dinitrobenzenem, the methods on the

internationally recognized test facilities, for which it is shown that

by the results obtained are results obtained on test

the establishments listed in the special legislation; ^ 6)

goods, Manual of tests and criteria);

(d)) in the test for determining the speed of combustion after ignition

the method described in test 2 (c) (i): Time/pressure test, referred to in

special legal regulation ^ 7) (time/pressure test, referred to in

Recommendations for the transport of dangerous goods, Manual of tests and

the criteria);

In the evaluation of the hazardous properties of the H4 to H8, H10 and H11, proceed

in the following way: chemicals that rated the waste contains,

shall be classified under special legislation. ^ 2) classification

(i.e. percentage by weight) of the chemical substances in the waste.

Detected by the content of dangerous substances shall be compared with the criteria listed in the

Annex No. 2.

4.

Evaluation of the dangerous properties of the infectivity is based on the professional judgement of the

technology, a description of the waste and the possible content of the infectious agent in the

the money waste. Infectious agents shall be assessed on the basis of the classification of

micro-organisms into classes of pathogenicity. Microbiological analyses of waste can

be part of the underlying materials. In the evaluation of dangerous

the properties of the infectivity is based on microbiological examination

especially in those cases when microbiological is carried out

decontamination of waste (process, chemical, biological or

physical treatment of waste). Microbiological examination is an indicator of

efficiency.

5.

For evaluation of the characteristics of the waste's ability to release toxic or H12

very toxic gases in contact with water, air or with acids,

the method proposed for determining the quantity released flammable

gases in contact with water under a special legal předpisu8) augmented by

a Variant using 1 mol/l hydrochloric acid.

6.

For the evaluation of dangerous properties of H13 ability to release dangerous

substances into the environment when you delete them, or after the

apply methods referred to in annexes 5 and 10 to the notice of the details of the

the management of waste.

7.

For the evaluation of the properties of the H14 ecotoxicity shall be used for tests of the method:

acute toxicity:
