The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs provides under section 37 of Act No.
329/2011 Coll. on the provision of benefits for persons with disabilities and the
change related laws, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
§ 1
List of species and types of specific AIDS intended for persons with severe disease
