The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 6 paragraph 1. 6 (a). and), § 29 para. 4 and §

32 para. 7 of the law of the Czech National Council No. 61/1988 Coll., on mining

activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration, as amended by the law of the Czech

PART THE FIRST



INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1



The scope of the



This Decree regulates the construction policy ^ 1) magazine and

explosive articles (hereinafter referred to as "explosive"), as well as on the surface of the building

warehouse of explosives beneath the surface, a ^ 2) conditions for their location and

requirements to ensure the safety and health protection during storage

explosives. The Decree also regulates the establishment and operation of the vault of explosives.

This Decree was notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament

and Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information

in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information

the company, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.



§ 2



The danger of explosives class



The manufacturer or processor of explosives (hereinafter referred to as the "manufacturer") include the explosive

BASIC PROVISIONS



§ 4



Basic concepts

WAREHOUSES



§ 5



Safety distance



Part of the project documentation is the determination of the smallest safety

distance. This distance is calculated in accordance with Annex 2, which is

part of this Ordinance.



§ 6



The principle for the construction of the warehouse



(1) single-storey building as a Warehouse.



(2) Construction of the warehouse design is based on the type of the stored material,

storage techniques, stock manipulation, and technology.



(3) at least one wall or the roof of the warehouse must be in the exhaust

§ 7



Ensure warehouse



(1) in the project documentation of the warehouse shall be established to ensure the warehouse

§ 8



Design requirements for the individual parts of the warehouse



(1) for the construction of the walls, desks and door frames, doors, exhaust areas and

roof constructions shall apply, where appropriate, non-flammable, difficult flammable

§ 9



Protective barricades

Protective screen

§ 11



An equivalent protection of the



(1) the equivalent protection of the warehouse within the meaning of § 9 and 10 make up the adult forest

§ 12



Ensure warehouse fire



(1) if it is not introduced into the warehouse fire, must be secured

the water supply or fire water in the water tank. The amount of fire

Heating and ventilation of the warehouse

compliance with the conditions for the storage of explosives laid down by the manufacturer.

§ 14



Electrical installations and protection against the effects of electricity



(1) electrical equipment shall be set up in the design for environment

PART THE THIRD



WAREHOUSES OF MANUFACTURERS

§ 17



Intermediate storage



A buffer is placed within the area of the establishment. For a buffer stock,

Store



(1) the store shall be established in the area of the establishment, in the factory

WAREHOUSES AND VAULTS OF EXPLOSIVES FOR CUSTOMERS



§ 19



General provisions

WAREHOUSES



Article 23 of the

PART FIVE



COMMON, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS



§ 45



Exceptions



(1) the provisions of this Decree, it is possible to derogate on as long as necessary

in cases where there is a risk of delay in rescuing people or when

disposal of significant operational accident (accident) if they are carried out
