The Energy Regulatory Office (hereinafter referred to as ' the authority '), pursuant to section 98, para.

2 (a). I) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and performance

State administration in the energy sectors and on amendments to certain laws

(Energy Act), as amended by law No 158/2009, code:



§ 1



The subject of the edit

§ 2



Basic concepts



(1) For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the



Home-zone) the defined territory of the distribution system operator

§ 3



Gas market



(1) in the framework of the gas market are all time data placed in time

valid on the territory of the Czech Republic.



(2) gas market shall be carried out with the use of numeric codes and dials

managed by the market operator. The numeric codes are used to indicate

locations of customers, forward cross-border gas pipelines, places

forward forward summary points or places gas stations,

forward summary points or transfer points between the transport and

the distribution system, the transfer of posts between distribution systems,

forward points between the reservoir and the transport system and the

gas market players with the exception of customers.



(3) the place of consumption of the customer to the gas production and submission site

Transport of gas



§ 4



(1) the transport of gas are negotiated by the body or foreign natural

or legal person who is not the subject of settlement, for the border point

(2) transport of gas are negotiated by the customer or the supplier of gas for the sampling

customer's location directly connected to the transmission system.



(3) transport of gas are negotiated by the distribution system operator for

§ 5



(1) an application for the conclusion of the contract of carriage, the gas is served by the body

§ 6



Procedure when booking transport capacity



(1) reservation request monthly fixed or interruptible or day

or interruptible transportation capacity serves body clearing

no later than 8:00 a.m. of the day preceding the day of natural gas,

§ 6a



Transport in trial operation

§ 7

(1) in the case that cannot be satisfied when assessing applications in one

§ 8



Information about transport capacities and related services

§ 12



(1) if the place of consumption of the customer, which is classified in category

commercial customer or central subscriber and is equipped with a measurement of type A or

(B), for collecting customer's location, which is classified in category

distribution systems, the participant shall request the gas market to increase

distribution capacity reserved under section 10, paragraph 1. 1 (b). and) or (b)),

the distribution system operator shall examine the possibility of increasing and in the case of

distribution capacity reserved raises sufficient distribution capacity

for the period following a minimum of 12 months, if there has been no reduction in the

reserved distribution capacity within a distribution capacity

reserved under section 10, paragraph 1. 1 (b). and) or (b)) in the previous 12

months.

distribution capacity in accordance with paragraph 5 to the time strictly necessary to

Type A or B, the customer or the supplier of the gas request

§ 17



Procedure when booking annual storage capacity with a solid performance

§ 41



Intra-day market

4. If after the date of entry into force of this Decree, agreed to change the contract of

input and output of the border point on booking transport capacity

1. The transmission system operator is entitled to from the beginning of the natural gas
