is determined by the number of take-offs and landing of any aircraft at that airport for 24

hours of the day and the number of takeoffs and landings for 24 hours in a day is defined as the

the average value of the total number of take-offs and landings of aircraft of all

airport users from 1. May to 31. October of the calendar year in all

operating directions of the runways; It separates the

The purpose of use of construction works for buildings is allowed before the 1. January 2007, given by

kolaudačním decision for later enabled construction notice

the Building Authority, or kolaudačním consent. Specified limits

shall not apply to noise caused by use of the room to be protected.

+) For traffic noise in the vicinity of motorways, roads, i. and II. classes and local

communication I and II. class, where is the noise from the traffic on these roads

the prevailing, and in the protection zone shall be added lanes for more correction of + 5 dB.

This correction does not apply in relation to the protected inner space

buildings allowed to use for their intended purpose. December 2005.

Correction for the determination of noise levels of hygiene in the protected outdoor

areas of buildings and in protected outdoor area

Correction referred to in the table are not additive.

For night time for protected outdoor area adds more buildings

correction-10 dB, with the exception of traffic noise on railway tracks, where

applies correction of-5 dB.

Rules on the use of a correction referred to in the table below:

1) is used for the noise from the traffic noise from stationary sources, public

the production of the music, the noise on purpose built roads and noise from

railway stations to ensure the work requires train-formation, in particular

rozřaďování and report goods trains, tour trains and repairing cars.

2) is used for traffic noise on the road III. classes and local

roads III. class and rail systems.

3) is used for the noise of traffic on highways, the roads of i. and II. class

and local roads I and II. the classes in the territory where the traffic noise on the

These roads is prevailing over the noise pollution from transport on the other

road safety. It shall apply to the noise from the traffic on rail systems in

the protection zone of the track.

4) shall apply in the case of the old noise from traffic on the road

roads except for roads and rail systems referred to in point

2) and (3)). This correction is maintained even after repaving

the road, carried out by the maintenance and reconstruction of the railway tracks or

the extension of the roads, while maintaining directional or vertical ground

communication, or tracks, which must not lead to deterioration of the existing

the noise level in a protected outdoor space of buildings or in protected

the outdoor space, and for short routes. This correction is

Furthermore, it's even in protected outdoor areas of the buildings at the location of the

apartment in annexe or superstructure of the existing dwelling object, or

multi-purpose object or in the case of the construction of the unique living,

or a multipurpose object within the completion of construction, and the construction of

isolated residential or multipurpose objects within a completion center

municipalities and their historical parts.

Part (C)

How to calculate the limit of vysokoenergetického impulse noise hygiene

Equivalent sound pressure level (C) LCeq, T vysokoenergetického

impulse noise is calculated from relations

LCeq, T = 2.0 LCE-93 + 10. lg (N/N0)-10. lg (T/T0) for LCE > 100 dB

or

LCeq, T = 1.18 LCE-11 + 10. lg (N/N0)-10. lg (T/T0) for 100 dB, the LCE <

where N is the number of pulses per time T [s], N0 = 1 and T0 = 1 s.

Annex 4

Criteria for the identification of impulse noise

A high-energy pulsed noise and high impulse noise is considered to be

noise under section 2 (b). (c)), and (d)), which meets at the site assessment for

individual pulses of at least one of the following conditions is true:

LASmax > LAImax-5 dB

LAImax-LAE > 5 dB,

where

LAI is the maximum level max sound pressure level and dynamic characteristics of the instrument (impulse)

LASmax is the maximum sound pressure level and during dynamic charakteristiceměřidla with (Slow)

LAE is sound and the level of exposure.
