about the use of the State symbols of the Czech Republic and amending some laws

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
THE USE OF THE STATE SYMBOLS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
§ 1
Introductory provisions
(1) the Act regulates the use of the State symbols of the Czech Republic, "^ 1"):
and the great State emblem), and a small State emblem (hereinafter referred to as "State

(b)) the State flag,
(c) the President of the Republic, the flag)
(d)) of the great seal, and
(e)) of the national anthem.
(2) State symbols can be used only in an appropriate and dignified manner.
Coat of arms
§ 2
(1) the national coat of arms shall be entitled to take

n) the Council of the Czech Republic for radio and television broadcasting,

p) State funds,
r) ^ 2) colleges, schools and educational facilities registered in the school
the register pursuant to a special Act, ^ 3)
with) State of cultural and scientific institutions,
t) legal and natural persons, which is by law or on the basis of the law
entrusted with the performance of State administration, ^ 4)
u) athletes in representation of the Czech Republic (hereinafter "authorised
the person ").
(2) an authorized person referred to in paragraph 1 (b). a) to t) may state
the character used in connection with the performance of the physical operations of the beneficiary
persons authorised to do so pursuant to the internal rules of the beneficiary or
responsible for leading a competent person.
§ 3

§ 4

Section 4a
In cases where the law requires or allows the use of a large State

§ 5
A small coat of arms used by authorised persons referred to in § 2 (2). 1 (b). and)

§ 6
(1) Stamp, which is indicated by the small national coat of arms, is the round shape of the
diameter 20 mm, 25 mm or 36 mm; a small coat of arms is depicted inside
the circle, whose district is the name of an authorized person, or even the
marking its organizational components, and the registered office (hereinafter referred to as the "official seal").
If the beneficiary uses the more official stamps, these stamps
also contain serial numbers. The imprint of the official stamp is monochromatic.
(2) the official stamp must not contain a large coat of arms.
The national flag
§ 7
(1) the national flag flown beneficiaries referred to in § 2 (2). 1 (b).

on the day of sadness or mourning, declared by the Government.

§ 8

§ 9
When you use the national flag, the following rules must be observed:

§ 10
Flag of the President of the Republic

§ 12

§ 13b
