the condition that:
I) adequate management measures, including surveillance, the system
early warning and monitoring, in order to use the alert or
where appropriate, the prohibition of bathing there are bathers are exposed to
pollution,

pollution or to reduce or eliminate these causes, and
(iii) the number of samples), from where it was during the last period considered
apart because of short-term pollution, does not constitute more than 15
% of the total number of samples, as specified in the monitoring calendar,
for that period, or no more than one sample in the bathing season, according to
that number is higher.
Good quality
Bathing water is classified as "good":
1. If the file data on the quality of bathing water over the last
the period under examination the value of 95. percentile of microbiological parameters
equal to or lower than the value for the "good quality" set out in column
(C) of annex 1 to this notice and

pollution;
(ii)) management measures are adopted to prevent the causes of
pollution or to reduce or eliminate these causes, and
(iii) the number of samples), from where it was during the last period considered
apart because of short-term pollution, does not constitute more than 15
% of the total number of samples, as specified in the monitoring calendar,
for that period, or no more than one sample in the bathing season, according to
that number is higher.
Excellent quality

At least once a week must be properly cleaned, drained swimming pool,
disinfected and rinsed.
Type 2
:
Steadily built swimming pools with recirculation and properly functioning treatment plant
water, including at least coagulation, filtration and disinfection with chlorine,
used only children (nursery, kindergartens, schools and other children's
devices) or operated solely for the purpose of bathing and swimming
infants and toddlers under the condition that the learning hours before operation
swimming infants and before with water will pool, poolside and
used facilities cleansed, disinfected and rinsed carefully
clean water, that water will be newly filled with or sufficient time (e.g..
overnight) before operation, recirculated, so that at least one
went through the treatment plant, and water quality will meet repeatedly laid down
the requirements. After the end of a training day will be the swimming pool, the pool area and
used facilities cleansed, disinfected and rinsed carefully
clean water.
Solid children's pool without recirculation can be used only under the conditions that the
before each production day will be disinfected and newly infused with filling
water, and during the operation will be continuously disinfected with chlorine dotékat
drinking water and overflow drain out the excess water in a minimum amount of 1
litre/min on one koupajícího, so as to ensure sufficient
the mixing of the water according to § 17 paragraph. 2.
