The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall determine pursuant to section 119 paragraph 1. 2 of the Act

No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services:



PART THE FIRST



METHOD OF EVALUATION OF THE ABILITY TO HANDLE BASIC NEEDS



§ 1



(1) the ability of persons to handle basic living needs for the purposes of

determination of the degree of dependence be evaluated according to the activities that are for

each of the basic necessities of life as defined in annex 1 to this

the Decree.



(2) the ability of persons to handle basic living needs for the purposes of

determination of the degree of dependence is assessed in a natural social environment

and with regard to the age of the individual.

§ 2

3. assistance with the training and strengthening of motor, mental and social

abilities and skills,



f) mediation with the social environment:

per hour, according to the actually consumed by the time necessary to ensure

operations; If the provision of the service, including the time necessary to ensure

acts, it does not take a full hour, the amount of the remuneration is relatively short.



§ 6



In-home care services



(1) basic activities in the provision of care services to ensure

3. assist in the preparation of food and drink,

This basic activity may be provided only in respect of acts pursuant to

points 3 and 4,



d) assistance in the running of the household:



1. regular cleaning and maintenance of the household,



2. assistance in securing a large cleaning, for example, seasonal

cleaning, cleaning up after painting,



3. the delivery of water,




4. heating the stove, including breakfast, and the preparation of differential heating maintenance

5. normal shopping and errands,



6. a large purchase, such as a weekly purchase, buying clothing and necessary

household effects,

§ 7



Emergency care



(1) basic activities in providing emergency care to ensure in

the range of the following acts:

the real cost of the operation of the technical means of communication.



§ 8

3. assistance in the maintenance of household appliances,

6. support in managing money, including assistance with shopping and common

errands,



b) educational, education and stimulation of activity:



1. support in dealing with the education of children in the family,



2. study educational activities with children



3. training and consolidation of motor, psychical and social skills

and skills,



4. assistance in the restoration or consolidate contact with the family and help and

support for other activities that support the social inclusion of people,



5. support in the area of partnerships,



6. support in obtaining habits related to the inclusion in the

e) assistance in the application of rights, legitimate interests and in obtaining

personal issues:



1. assistance in communications leading to the application of the rights and legitimate interests,



2. assistance in dealing with common issues.



(2) the maximum amount of the remuneration for the provision of support for independent living

makes 130 Czk per hour, according to the actually consumed by the time necessary to

reinsurance operations; If the provision of the service, including the time necessary to

ensure operations, does not take a full hour, the amount of the remuneration is relatively short.



§ 10



Respite services



(1) basic activities in the provision of respite services is providing

to the extent these operations:

2. assistance with dressing and undressing, including special equipment,



3. assistance in the move to a bed or wheelchair,

2. assist in the basic care of the hair and nails,

age, the principles of rational nutrition and dietary needs,



2. assistance in the preparation of food a reasonable time to provide the service



(d)) the provision of accommodation, in the case of residence form of services:



1. accommodation,

ironing,



e) mediation with the social environment:



1. guidance to school, school facility, to doctors, to work,

The day service center



(1) basic activities in the provision of social services centers

3. assistance to spatial orientation, a separate motion in the internal

space,



4. assistance and support in the administration of food and drink,

hygiene:



1. assistance in personal hygiene tasks,



2. when using the toilet,



(c)) the provision of supplements:



catering a reasonable time to provide the service and the corresponding age,

principles of rational nutrition and dietary needs,



d) educational, training and stimulation of activity:



1. study the educational activity



2. the training and strengthening of motor, psychical and social skills

and skills,



3. creating the conditions for the provision of adequate education or

a job,



e) mediation with the social environment:



help restoring or consolidating the contact with the family and help and support

4. assistance and support in the administration of food and drink,



e) educational, training and stimulation of activity:

(b)) the provision of supplements:



ensure the daily diet of the corresponding age, the principles of rational nutrition

and dietary needs, at least in the range of 3 main dishes,



(c) assistance in coping with common) acts of self-care:



1. assistance with dressing and undressing, including special equipment,



2. assistance in the move to a bed or wheelchair,



3. assistance in getting up from the bed, ways, changing positions,



4. assistance and support in the administration of food and drink,



5. assistance in spatial orientation, a separate motion in internal and

the outer space,



d) assistance in personal hygiene or the provision of conditions for personal

hygiene:



1. assistance in personal hygiene tasks,



2. assist in the basic care of the hair and nails,



3. assistance with toileting,



e) educational, training and stimulation of activity:

ensure the daily diet of the corresponding age, the principles of rational nutrition

and dietary needs, at least in the range of 3 main dishes,

2. assistance in the move to a bed or wheelchair,



3. assistance in getting up from the bed, ways, changing positions,



4. assistance in the administration of food and drink,



5. assistance in spatial orientation, a separate motion in internal and

d) assistance in personal hygiene or the provision of conditions for personal

hygiene:



1. assistance in personal hygiene tasks,



2. assist in the basic care of the hair and nails,



3. assistance with toileting,



e) mediation with the social environment:

resources,



2. assistance in the restoration or consolidate contact with the family and help and

support for other activities that support the social inclusion of people,

help in communication, leading to the application of the rights and legitimate interests.



(2) the maximum amount of the remuneration for the provision of social services in homes

for the elderly makes
