The Ministry of transport and communications shall establish in accordance with § 46 para. 1 with regard to the

paragraph. 3, section 20 (2). 2, § 22 para. 2, § 24 para. 9, § 25 para. 7, section 27

paragraph. 7, § 36 odst. 8, § 37 para. 1 and § 41 para. 4 of Act No. 13/1997

Coll., on the road, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):



PART THE FIRST



BASIC PROVISIONS



§ 1



Introductory provisions



(1) For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 2



Designation of highways, roads and local roads

§ 3

§ 5

Section 7a

§ 8

§ 9



Maintenance and repair of communications

§ 10



Maintenance and repair of bridges

PART THREE



TECHNICAL CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTING ROADS AND ADJACENT REAL ESTATE PROPERTY ON

COMMUNICATION



(article 10, paragraph 5, of the Act)



§ 11



Conditions for mutual connecting roads

§ 12

GENERAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMUNICATION
