Ministry for regional development shall determine pursuant to section 193 of the Act No. 183/2006
Coll., on zoning and the building code (the building Act):
§ 1
the title launched
(1) this Ordinance shall determine the scope and content of the
and) documentation for a decision on the location of the building or facility,
(b) documentation for the issue) the decision to change land use,
(c) documentation for the issue) the decision to change the impact of the use of the building on
territory,
d) common documentation common area decision and
a building permit,
e) project documentation for construction of the notification referred to in § 104 paragraph. 1

Documentation for the issuance of the decision on the location of the building or facility

The scope and content of the dossier for the issuance of the decision on the location of the building or

(§ 86 para. 7 of the building Act)
The scope and content of the documentation for the decision about the change of land use
is set out in annex 2 to this Decree.
§ 1 c
Documentation for the issuance of the decision to change the influence of the use of the construction works on the territory of the

§ 1 d
Common documentation for issuance of zoning and planning decision and joint

§ 4
Documentation of the actual construction
(§ 125 (6) for the building of the Act)
(1) the scope and content of the documentation of the actual construction is determined by the
in Appendix 7 to this Decree.
(2) documentation of the actual construction can consist of copies of certified
project documentation, supplemented by drawings of the derogations, provided that this does not prejudice the
clarity and readability of the documentation.
§ 5
Demolition documentation
(Section 128 paragraph 8 for the building of the Act)

Transitional and final provisions
§ 7
This Ordinance shall not apply to the documentation referred to in § 2, 3, or section 5,
assessed after 1. January 2007, if they have been processed, mostly before the date
entry into force of this Decree.
§ 8
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2007.
