(c)) to (g)), section 128, paragraph. 2 and § 129 par 2 of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code: section 1 Introductory provisions This Regulation lays down for workers whose employers provide in accordance with § 109, para. 3 of the Labour Code for work salary and) qualification training to perform the work assigned to each grade, b) the assignments it grades (c)) the conditions for determining eligible work, d) circuit of the workers for which the employer may determine the salary scale in a special way, e) pay scale, f) the amount of the premium for work in difficult conditions , g) the distribution of work by the working conditions into groups depending on the degree of neuropsychiatric burden and probability of risks to life and health, and by the difficulty of the work and the amount of the extra charge for each group. section 2 of the Qualification (1) Qualification training for the performance of work for each grade (hereinafter "the necessary education") are 1st grade: basic education or basic education 2nd grade: basic education or basic education 3rd grade: 4th grade of Secondary education: secondary education with a vocational secondary education certificate, or 5th grade: secondary education with a vocational certificate 6th grade: secondary education with GCSES or secondary education with a vocational certificate seventh grade : secondary education graduation exam 8th grade: secondary education with GCSE 9th grade: higher vocational education or secondary education with GCSE 10th grade: higher education in a bachelor degree or higher professional education program 11th grade: higher education in master study program or university degree in the Bachelor's program 12th grade: higher education in a Master's program or a university degree in the Bachelor's degree program of the 13th grade : higher education in master's program and the 14th grade: higher education in a Master's program 15. Grade: higher education in a master's program 16th grade: higher education in a master's program. (2) does not replace the necessary education qualifications, which the performance of the same work by special legislation ^ 1). § 3 The inclusion of employees in grade (1) An employer classified employees pursuant to section 123 of the paragraph. 2 of the Labour Code in the grade in which the Governmental Regulation establishing and catalog of works ^ 2) (hereinafter the "Catalogue of Works") included demanding work, the performance of which requires the employer to the employee. If this works in the catalog of the works presented, classified by the employees of the employer in the grade in which the catalog of works includes examples of work that compare with it in terms of complexity, responsibility and difficulty. (2) The employer shall include staff in grade in accordance with paragraph 1, if the performance of the work included in this grade fulfills the necessary education. (8) Employees who did not receive creditable practice under section 123 of the paragraph. 4 of the Labour Code, or earned creditable practice, shorter than the time that it was the employer in accordance with paragraph 7 to subtract the time that he could not be read, extending the periods provided in their Annexes No.1-9 hereto for advancement to the next higher step. (9) If an employee reaches over the employment of higher education, but according to which he was last determined eligible work, the employer adds the corresponding periods of educational attainment, which was deducted under paragraph 7. (10) The wage rates higher step of the employee from the first day of the calendar month in which he reached the eligible work set out for each salary grade in their Annexes No.1-9 hereto. section 5 of the salary scale (1) The employee salary scale according to the pay scale set out in Annex 1 hereto for the grade and degree to which it is included, unless otherwise further. (2) An employee who is not listed in paragraphs 6 and 8, healthcare providers, who are not listed in paragraph 5, for the salary scale determined by the pay scale set out in Annex No. 2 to this Order. (3) An employee who is an employee of the social services or social worker in social services for social service providers who practices in social services or by special laws in poverty relief in child protection, school and school facilities, in prison, in detention facilities for foreigners and asylum facilities, social worker or with healthcare providers, for the salary scale determined by the pay scale set out in Annex No. 3 hereto , if it was not for the salary scale according to the pay scale set out in Annex No. 4 hereto. (4) The employee, who is a) specified in § 303 of the paragraph. 1 of the Labour Code, (b)), an official of the territorial self-23), c) and a state employee at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, d), an employee of the State of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic, e), and state employee in Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, for the salary scale determined by the pay scale set out in Annex No. 4 hereto. (5) Employees of a health-care worker ^ 18) providing health services in a medical facility of the Ministry of Defense, which is funded organization in the heart of the Air Rescue Service of the Czech Army, in a medical facility of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic and the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, for the salary scale determined by the pay scale set out in Annex No. 5 to this Order , except as provided in paragraph 7 or 8 otherwise stated. (6) Employees of a health-care worker ^ 18) providing health services provider for the health services and social services facilities for the salary scale determined by the pay scale set out in Annex No. 6 hereto, unless in paragraph 5, or 8 stated otherwise. (7) An employee who is a doctor, and the social security authority ^ 29) for the salary scale determined by the pay scale set out in Annex No. 7 to this Regulation. (8) An employee who is a doctor or dentist-18 d) providing health services for healthcare providers, inpatient care in a medical facility of the Ministry of Interior and the Prison Service of the Czech Republic or the provider of emergency medical services for the salary scale determined by the pay scale specified in Annex No. 8 hereto. (9) Employees who are the teachers and lecturers-18b) for the salary scale determined by the pay scale set out in Annex No. 9 hereto. § 6 Special method for determining the salary (1) An employer may determine the salary scale within the scope of wage tariff limits set for the lowest and highest level of a grade employees ranked in first to fifth grade), or (b)) the sixth and higher grade, who performs artistic, artistic-, uměleckopedagogické work activity athlete or coach or work performance flier when group of employees covered by this method of determining the salary concerns , and rules determining wage tariff within the scope's highest lowest salary step of the grade negotiate collective agreement or determined by an internal regulation. The right to a special allowance for work performed alternately in two-way, three-shift or continuous operation and the amount is assessed separately. § 9 Mitigation grievances (1) In order to mitigate the consequences of injustices incurred by labor acts performed in the period from 25 February 1948 it January 1, 1990, the employer may include in eligible work and derogation from § 4 para. 3 full time and another practice if the employee was unable to practice in the field of labor required because of an invalid act employment ^ 27). Transitional and Final Provisions § 10 Under this Regulation, the date of its coming into effect also determines the salary that employees whose employment was created before January 1, 2007. § 11 Effectiveness This regulation comes into force on 1 January 2007.
