Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
Amendment of the Act on elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic
Article. (I)
In annex No. 3 to Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech
Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended by

PART TWO
Amendment of the Act on the elections to the regional councils
Article II
In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 of the law No. 130/2000 Coll., on elections to the regional councils
and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 37/2002 Coll. and Act No.
222/2012 Coll., the words "or on the territory of military poverty in land use
the perimeter of the region "shall be deleted.
PART THREE
Amendment of the Act on elections to the Councils of the municipalities
Article. (III)
In section 26 of Act No. 491/2001 Coll., on elections to the Councils of the municipalities and the
amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 222/2012 Coll. and Act No.
275/2012 Coll., paragraph 5 shall be deleted.
PART FOUR
Amendment of the Act on elections to the European Parliament
Article IV
In section 2 (2). 4 of law No. 62/2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament
and amending certain acts, the words "and in a separate election
districts ' are deleted.
PART FIVE
Amendment of the Act concerning the election of the President of the Republic
Article. In
Act 275/2012 Coll., on the election of the President of the Republic and amending certain
laws (the law on the election of the President of the Republic), as amended by the legal
the measure the Senate No. 340/2013 Coll., legal measures the Senate # 344/2013
Coll. and Act No. 58/2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 2 (2). 1 the words "and in individual electoral districts"
shall be deleted.
2. In article 6 (1). 1 (b). g), the words "and for the military újezdy District Office
shall be deleted.
3. In section 6 (1). 1 (b). (h)), the words ", and the head of the military of incoherence,"
shall be deleted.
4. In article 11 (1) 1 (b). (b)), the words "and the military of incoherence," shall be deleted.
5. § 71 para. 3 the third sentence, the words "and the District Election Commission in
military újezdech "are deleted.
PART SIX
The EFFECTIVENESS of the

This Act shall take effect on the date of its publication.
