Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with section 10, paragraph 1. 2 of law no 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). d) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No 1/2016 of 29 September 2003. February 2016, amending the price

the energy regulatory authority decision No 6/2015 of 25 June.

According to § 17 para. 9 Energy Act published an energy regulatory
